This applied research work is centered on the theme “The Success of Inventory Management as a Factor of Business Growth: The Case of Coca-Cola in Nampula”, aiming to analyze the contribution of inventory management to the success of Coca-Cola in Nampula. Accordingly, specific objectives were developed to examine: the control systems used in inventory management at Coca-Cola in Nampula; the results obtained from analyzing these inventory control systems; and the importance of inventory management in the company’s evolution toward business success. For the execution of this study, a quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using content analysis methods. The analysis concluded that Coca-Cola in Nampula has a seemingly remarkable level of production, but it is insufficient to fully meet demand. This insufficiency indicates that the evaluation of inventory management is reasonable, although there is still a need to optimize inventory practices in order to maximize profits.
